4. Passengers who purchase tickets through the official WeChat mini-program / Alipay mini-program, tickets for official cancelled schedules will be automatically refunded within seven days through WeChat Pay or Alipay; passengers are not required to apply for a refund.
5. If the coach schedules are officially cancelled due to the typhoon, passengers can process refunds or change the schedule at the original ticket purchase point within seven days.
When the No. 9 or the No. 10 typhoon signal is issued:
1. Ticketing centers will temporarily suspend services.
2. If the coach schedules are officially cancelled due to the typhoon, passengers can process refunds or change the schedule at the original ticket purchase point within seven days.
