Typhoon Signal No. 8 is about to be issued, hoisted, lowered, or cancelled
-          Stay tuned to the latest news from www.tilchinalink.com.
-          Hong Kong Ticketing Centers and Coach Services will gradually be resumed within two hours when typhoon signal no. 8 is lowered or cancelled.


Typhoon Signal No. 9 or 10 is hoisted

-          All ticketing centers will stop services. Please stay tuned to the latest news from our official website www.tilchinalink.com..

Ticket Arrangement
-          If the coach schedules are officially cancelled due to the typhoon, passengers can process rebooking, or process refund at the original ticket purchase point within seven days from the day following the cancellation of the typhoon.
-          If passengers purchase tickets through the official website, WeChat Mini Program or Alipay Mini Program, tickets of official cancelled schedules will be automatically refunded within seven days through original payment method; passengers are not required to apply for a refund.
