Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge Grand Opening on 30th June 2024  Shorten travel time for around 45 minutes on 11 routes


The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge is set to open on 30th June. This will significantly shorten travel time between Hong Kong and Zhongshan. Travel time to and from cities in the central and western parts of Guangdong Province is also expected to be shorten.

In response to the conditions on the first day of the opening, the following 11 routes of Trans-Island Chinalink will be diverted to Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge and travel time will be shorten around 45 minutes.

Routes to be diverted to the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge
Zhongshan Urban Area, Gangkou Town, Jiangmen, Heshang, Kaiping, Xinxing, Enping, Xinhui, Taishan, Zhaoqing, Yunfu and Xiaolan Zhongshan*

*The Xiaolan, Zhongshan route will be diverted on 3rd July, 2024. The remaining 10 routes will be diverted on 30th June.
