Notes:

1) Customer must at least present one Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/HK ID card (both permanent and non-permanent residents are acceptable)/passport for each room when check-in. Check-in cannot be processed if the guest fails to present the relevant documents.

2) Notes for each hotel:

A. Shenzhen Dayhello International Hotel: Reservations must be made 1 day in advance. Children 1.1m or below staying with parents are exempt from meal charges; children over 1.1m must purchase buffet tickets on-site. Sales dates: From now until 23 June 2025; Applicable dates: From now until 30 June 2025. Please ask our staff on-site for surcharge of Hong Kong and Mainland China Public Holiday.

B. JEN Shenzhen Qianhai by Shangri-La: Packages are available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and must be booked 1 day in advance. Late check-out is allowed until 2pm. Sales dates: From now until 24 December 2024; Applicable dates: From now until 31 December 2024. All packages are applicable to Hong Kong Public Holiday.

3) Please reserve bus tickets via Trans-Island Chinalink hotline or ticketing centers.

4) Package must be sold in bundles and cannot be sold separately. Packages are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed, please double check all information.

5) E-levy amount equivalent to 0.15% of the total amount is included.
