Notes:

1) Packages 2-5 are not available during Mainland China Public Holidays: Chinese New Year (28 January to 4 February), Qingming Festival (4-6 April), 5.1 Golden Week (1-5 May) and Dragon Boat Festival (31 May to 2 June).  

2) Each night of stay includes one of the following complimentary services, please confirm when booking:

       A. Round-trip cable car tickets for Xiqiao Mountain X 2 (Value: RMB 110)

       B. Sour fish hotpot set meal at Qilin Restaurant (Value: RMB 88), including one sour fish hotpot, two bowls of rice, and tea for two people. (Qilin Restaurant is a high-end Cantonese restaurant next to the hotel.)  

       C. Afternoon tea set at the hotel (Value: RMB 80), including pastries, cookies, fruits and more.

3) Age definitions: Children: 3-11 years old; Elderly: 65 years old or above.

4) For package 2-5, elderly/children price applies if both guests are elderly or children. Adult price applies if included adult.

5) All packages must be made 1 day in advance. Each adult or elderly can bring 1 children under 1.2m for free (no extra bed provided) including buffet and required to purchase coach tickets separately.

6) Guangdong Romance Park Tickets are provided by the travel agency and must be used during designated day and time slot. After booking, guests must contact the tour guide directly and attend on time for admission. Ticket will be forfeited if late.

7) Customer must at least present one Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/HK ID card (both permanent and non-permanent residents are acceptable)/passport for each room when check-in. Check-in cannot be processed if the guest fails to present the relevant documents.

8) All special requests are subject to hotel arrangements. Changes, cancellations and refunds are not accept if hotel unable to fulfilled.

9) All promotional images and information are for reference only. Package price do not include any attraction itineraries or certain facilities within the hotel.

10) Please reserve bus tickets via Trans-Island Chinalink hotline or ticketing centers.

11) Package must be sold in bundles and cannot be sold separately. Packages are non-refundable and non-changeable once confirmed, please double check all information.

12) E-levy amount equivalent to 0.15% of the total amount is included.
