Notes:

1.      This promotion is only available to members. Users must register as a member via the Mini Program before purchasing the recharge offer.

2.      The recharge offer and reward amounts are only valid for use on the mini program platform. They are not applicable offline (ticketing centers) or through other channels, and cannot be used across platforms.

3.      Purchased recharge amounts cannot be refunded in cash and will not earn interest. 

4.      Each user has a maximum recharge limit of HK$30,000. Recharges exceeding this limit will not be accepted. 

5.      Reward amounts can be used to purchase tickets for most routes, except for the following:

6.      Once recharged successfully, reward amounts can be viewed in the "Personal Centre" section.

7.      To use your reward amounts, go to "Personal Centre" → "Reward Amounts," enter the desired amount, and generate a coupon. Use the coupon at checkout when purchasing tickets.

8.      Reward amounts must be redeemed in whole numbers (no decimals).

9.      Reward amounts can be redeemed as coupons from the date of purchase until 31 March 2026 at 23:59. Expired rewards will be forfeited.

10.  All coupons are valid until 31 March 2026 once redeemed. Redeemed coupons cannot be modified or converted back into reward amounts.

11.  Coupons are issued in the member's default currency.

12.  Reward amounts cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, transferred, gifted, or sold to others.

13.  Only one coupon can be used per order. Coupons cannot be stacked. 

14.  Reward amounts cannot be combined with other promotional activities or offers.

15.  Reward amounts can only be used to purchase tickets and not for other products, including but not limited to coupons. 

16.  In the event of a recharge refund, any redeemed reward amounts will be deducted before processing the refund.

17.  For ticket refunds or changes, only the actual payment amount or points will be refunded. Reward amounts and coupons will not be refunded. Fees will be calculated according to the [Refund and Change Policy].

18.  Trans-Island Chinalink reserves the sole and absolute right of final interpretation for these terms and conditions. The rules of the promotion or coupons displayed on the mini program shall prevail. In case of disputes, Trans-Island Chinalink reserves the right to the final decision and may amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
