3. Customer must at least present one Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents/HK ID card (both permanent and non-permanent residents are acceptable)/passport for each room when check-in. Check-in cannot be processed if the guest fails to present the relevant documents.
4. All packages must be made 1 day in advance，cancellations and refunds are not accept if hotel unable to fulfilled.
5. All promotional images and information are for reference only. Package price do not include any attraction itineraries or certain facilities within the hotel.
