Due to the "2025 Shenzhen-Hong Kong Marathon and the 15th National Games Athletics (Marathon) Test Event" taking place at Shenzhen Bay Port on 23 February 2025, clearance services will be suspended from 2:00am to 11:00am. During this period, all routes across the port will be affected and here is our special arrangement:

Regarding Ticket Refunds/Changes

1. If passengers purchase tickets through the official WeChat Mini Program or Alipay Mini Program, tickets for official cancelled schedules will be automatically refunded within seven days through WeChat Pay or Alipay; passengers are not required to apply for a refund.

2. If the coach schedules are officially cancelled due to this special arrangement, passengers can process refunds or change the schedule at the original ticket purchase point within seven days.

3. No handling fees will be charged for the affected coach schedules within seven days if fees incurred, please contact our customer service hotline.
