1. Activation & Validity: Please activate your ski card within 5 days of purchase. If not activated within this period, it will be activated automatically. The card is valid for 30 days from the activation date (including the activation day) and includes 3 skiing sessions.
2. Skiing Benefits: Enjoy 3 unlimited skiing sessions on the Advanced Slopes at Huafa Qianhai Snow World. Each visit has no time limit and includes access to the slopes, magic carpets and cable cars.
3. Equipment Included: Your package includes ski wear, ski boots, helmet, skis, ski poles (for skiing only), and locker rental.
4. Usage Rules: One session will be deducted each time you enter and exit the resort on the same day using the ski card. The card can be used up to 3 times.
5. Named User Policy: The ski card is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered user. The user’s details must match the identity information provided at the time of booking. Each accompanying guest must purchase tickets using their own identity details.
6. Booking Information: Please provide accurate and complete personal information when booking. Guests will be responsible for any issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information, including failed verification, denied entry or inability to use the ticket.
7. First Visit & Entry: For your first visit, please bring your valid ID and ticket collection code to the Level 1 ticket counter at Huafa Qianhai Snow World to collect your physical ski card. ID verification and facial recognition are required before entry.
8. Lost Card Replacement: Please keep your ski card safe. A RMB 50 replacement fee applies for lost cards.
9. Minors: Minors must be booked using their own identity details and must enter the resort with an accompanying adult ticket holder. Children are not eligible for free admission and require a valid ticket.
10. Availability: Limited quantities available. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

To celebrate the 29th anniversary of Hong Kong’s return, Trans-Island Chinalink is launching a limited promotion on ticket package for Shenzhen Bay Port, joining all Hong Kong residents in this festive celebration.

This promotion is offered in the form of a package: each set includes 10 single journey tickets between Hong Kong downtown and Shenzhen Bay Port. The price is $450 per set, with an average cost as low as $45 per ticket. The ticket package is suitable for family trips, outings with friends, or regular cross-boundary travel, offering high flexibility and convenience.

The ticket package is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, allowing passengers to arrange their journeys according to their personal schedules.
