6. Once top up successfully, reward amounts can be viewed in the "Personal Centre" section. 
7. To use your reward amounts, go to "Personal Centre" → "Reward Amounts," enter the desired amount, and generate a coupon. Use the coupon at checkout when purchasing tickets. 
8. The reward amounts can be exchanged separately. You need to use the actual payment amount as the face value of the coupon.
9. Coupons that have been successfully redeemed cannot be revoked.
10. If the face value of the coupon is greater than the actual payment amount, the difference in the discount will not be refunded.
11. Reward amounts must be redeemed in whole numbers (no decimals).

To meet the growing demand for cross boundary travel, Trans-Island Chinalink will officially launch the Guangzhou West Route on 31 January 2026, introducing two new boarding points —Huangsha (Link Plaza) and Xicun (YUE CITY). The enhanced Guangzhou West Route provides passengers with more convenient and flexible travel options between Guangzhou and Hong Kong downtown.
